I appreciate you delivering the flowers so quickly.However, I am extremely disappointed at the arrangement. It does not reflect the Tranquil arrangement you advertised. The arrangement shown is more full of flowers. The arrangement you sent is sparse with more lilies than roses and has more greenery. Not at all like shown.This is not what I was expecting and I don’t feel I paid for what was advertised.I am quite familiar with flower arranging and this looked like it was done in a rush.What will you do to rectify this.
